Isabelle has a Master of Law from KUL (Belgium) and an MBA from Solvay -ULB (Belgium) She started her career in an International Insurance Company. Later she joined, one of the leading integrated human resources consulting firms, where she managed various projects in the financial services industry. Further she worked for several years as a partner of a global executive search firm where she executed a broad range of assignments in the financial and legal services sector. In 2004, she became one of the founding partners of IRC.

Björn has a Bachelor of Economic Sciences from EHSAL (Belgium) and a Bachelor of Art History from KUL (Belgium). He started his professional career in Corporate banking by joining a major international bank in Germany. Later he switched to Fund Services with a leading international bank in Luxembourg. Further, he worked in Private banking for a well-known Private Bank focusing on the Luxembourg, Belgian and French markets. In 2004, he became one of the founding partners of IRC.

Alexander has a Law degree from Oxford University (UK). He started his professional career as an equity research analyst in a leading international bank. He continued his career in investment banking by joining one of the top investment banks in London. Further he became an executive director of the private equity desk with another leading international bank, where he covered the UK and French market. Henri has a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris. He started his professional career in London in the capital markets department of a major international bank, where he also became Head of equity sales trading. Later he moved to Geneva in order to work in wealth management for a leading Private bank. For this bank he covered different European as well as Russian, Eastern and Far Eastern markets. In 2004, he became one of the founding partners of IRC.
